The Beach House consists of 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps 15 people maximum.

 

Upstairs has three large bedrooms and large bathroom with corner spa. Downstairs has two living areas, main lounge has TV with DVD and surround sound, 2nd living has TV with DVD, video and playstation 1 plus combined kitchenette / laundry.

The large kitchen, including dishwasher and dining seats 9 people.

Three bedrooms downstairs with bathroom and seperate toilet.

The private courtyard out back with outdoor setting seats 8 people. The property is located in a quiet court with access to reserve.

It is 3 minute walk to Famous Surf Shop outlets, 10 to 15 minutes walk to Fishermans Beach and 15 minutes walk to town centre.

This property features a large front yard with plenty of room for kids to play. 15 ft Trampoline with enclosure, swing set / slide and sandpit. BBQ undercover area outdoor table and chairs seats 8.
